Content You Upload
You may upload jewellery and product images, logos, brand assets, and related business content. By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it, and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
AI-Generated Content
LuxGen uses AI to transform your uploaded content into posters, enhanced product photography, model imagery, and marketing materials.
- AI outputs are generated based on your inputs and brand settings, and may vary in style, accuracy, or composition.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content, including pricing, offers, and promotional text, before publishing it.
- LuxGen does not guarantee that generated visuals are free from resemblance to existing designs, and you should review outputs before use in trademark- or copyright-sensitive contexts.
Prohibited Content
You may not use LuxGen to create, upload, or publish content that:
- Is sexually explicit, graphic, or violent
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Depicts counterfeit products or misrepresents product authenticity
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
- Contains false or deceptive pricing, offers, or claims
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
Content Moderation
We may review, restrict, or remove content that violates this policy, and may suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations.
